About Vehistra
Vehistra grew out of the need to manage a grown fleet reliably.
Origin
Vehistra started in a company running vehicles for taxi, passenger transport and courier work. Vehicles, drivers, plates and deadlines were tracked across spreadsheets, folders and notes – workable while the fleet was small, increasingly error-prone once it grew.
The available tools solved the problem only partly: they required a subscription, moved the data into someone else’s cloud, or failed to model the actual workflows – driver changes, plate swaps, accidents, workshop orders, retirement.
Vehistra is the answer to that: a Windows application for several workstations whose data stays on your own server and whose source code can be reviewed. It is built for fleets from around 150 vehicles.
