This website is built so that as little data as possible is created.
What this website does
The website only serves information about the Vehistra software project. There are no user accounts, no comment function and no contact form. Contact is made by email to the address provided.
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking
No analytics tools, advertising networks or social media scripts are embedded. No cross-site tracking takes place.
Cookies
The website sets no cookies. The chosen appearance (light or dark) is stored locally in the browser (localStorage) and never transmitted. That is also why there is no consent banner here.
Server logs
When the website is requested, technical access data is recorded (IP address, time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser identification). It is required for operation and security; the legal basis is the legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website runs on a server of netcup GmbH. The logs are not combined with other data sources and are not used to recognise individuals. The server sits behind Cloudflare, which delivers the site and protects it against attacks; in doing so Cloudflare processes connection data including the IP address, which may involve a transfer to third countries.
External links
The website links to external services, for example the source code repository. Their providers are responsible for their content and data processing. Data is only transmitted to them once such a link is clicked.
Fonts and media
Fonts and images are served by this website itself. No external font or media services are embedded.
Contact by email
Anyone writing to us transmits the data contained in that correspondence. It is used solely to handle the request and is not passed on without reason.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the provider named in the imprint; please direct any request to the email address given there. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority responsible for the provider’s place of business.
The software itself
The Vehistra application runs on your workstations and your server inside the company network. It transmits no fleet data to this website, to LSP Virtual Services or to third parties. You as the operator are solely responsible for the personal data processed there, for example driver and accident data.
